is this for real?
i just sent out a tweet that said “waiting for douche bag comcast to come out and replace my douche bag cable box”. within seconds someone from comcast started following me to help with my problem. IS THIS FOR REAL? God I love technology.
I was listening to a tech podcast awhile back, This Week In Tech, and a similar circumstance happened to one of the panelists. Comcast actually does employ a guy whose sole purpose is to answer tweets; he’ll direct customers to the correct people within the company who they need to talk to.
If only that kind of service were pervasive among the entire company.
