It’s my favourite song on Heaven Is Whenever, and probably one of my favourite songs of this year, and I think most of it comes down to total gut reaction - it’s a fucking catchy tune, a real lump-in-your-hoarse-throat singalong number that hits you in all the place that rock music should. The…

Clearly there are now two America’s running parallel alongside eachother in the space-time continuum. On the other one it’s ok to build mosques, eat eggs, and people read books. Kim Kardashian is just a stripper and Justin Bieber is a regular kid who likes to play catch.

And then in this reality…

There are some old franchises you don’t touch. I am behind this more than the GOP hates mosques in Manhattan.

Mia Schmallenbach’s Meeting Knives set features a brilliant design allowing four different kitchen knives: a paring knife, a carving knife, a chef’s knife and a filleting knife to all stack inside each other on a single block of steel. The proportions of each knife were apparently determined by the Fibonacci sequence.
Knives are an essential cooking tool to me. More so than all sorts of fancy choppers, blenders, lettuce dryers and so on. I just HATE when the knife sucks and you try to slice a tomato for example. This one is a bit pricey for my wallet, but nevertheless one I could consider saving for.

Remember that episode of Star Trek Voyager, Message In A Bottle, where the doctor gets sent to the edge of the Alpha quadrant and winds up on the experimental USS Prometheus? And the Romulans captured it and tried out their multi-vector assault mode?! And then he wakes up the EMH Mark II who is really just Andy Dick?
Yeah…Multi-Vector Assault Mode. That’s all I’m saying…

And that’s why I follow you, Mr. Mike.
