Things I learned on vacation today: My love for The Office will have to live side-by-side with my new love for The Big Bang Theory, and my desire to see Jim and Pam together has now been transferred to a desire to see Penny and Leonard together. Also, I think everyone got Facebook for Christmas, since I’ve received several new friend requests today alone. Cheers!

Awesome Things That Happened Today
My boss/friend got engaged over the weekend :) Another friend got engaged just today! :) A friend is moving to Seattle with her boyfriend :) I have an internship for the spring semester :) I have an opportunity to work way more hours in the spring semester :) Best Monday in a long time.

Damn you, responsibility!
So a couple of weeks ago, instead of taking the $300 to pay for Danielle’s plane ticket, I bought a (used) PS3 for myself, for my birthday. But ever since then I’ve been thinking about it, and the responsible thing is to pay my credit card with that money instead. I kind of felt sad packing the system up. It’s so shiny and awesome.

Things that make me go “wha?!” when watching Destroyed in Seconds - People (women) driving their cars into buildings because their foot was “on the gas instead of the brake”. It takes me 0.2 seconds to realize that the car is going faster and not slower. What is going through these people’s heads?!
